Customer experience

In addition to having specialist customer experience teams offering expert guidance for product selection, a Fast Track service also exists to minimise any downtime and extended guarantees are available.

Triton is committed to meeting operational and after-sales support needs too. A national team of engineers, with in-depth knowledge and years in the sector, are on call to carry out site visits and provide technical aid. Triton’s first fix training focuses on installation accuracy and is available to all customers and installers who are responsible for fitting the product.

Triton’s ongoing working relationship with housing associations allows social housing residents to talk directly to Triton, saving specifiers time liaising between the two if future assistance is necessary. This includes access to enhanced relief packages as well, where social housing and adaptation projects are fast-tracked if they are in need of an extra pair of hands.

Martyn Brown, Contracts and Technical Manager at Triton comments: “Response times and satisfaction rates are paramount to ensuring a quality experience for everyone who chooses Triton. Our technical experts are well-equipped to travel to sites to offer support and advice. We also operate a call centre which enables us to constantly communicate with our on-site specialists, allowing us to respond swiftly to calls.”

Triton is proud to be a British manufacturer, ensuring stock is always readily available to be delivered to specifiers in a timely manner.

Steve Scott, Director at Scott Residential retirement village where Triton showers were specified for 45 individually designed bungalows, said: “Everyday necessities, such as showering, are a priority, and although aesthetics play a key role in the selection of products, it’s also essential that the experience is as safe as possible.

“Our installer was instrumental in the selection of our showers, basin taps and bath fillers, and as Triton is an established name within the industry, we knew we were choosing a reliable option. Working with a recognised brand offers complete reassurance that the products will be of a high standard and will do the job for all ages first time round, while also providing ease of installation, removing the potential for any issues or additional costs on the job.”
